HURRICANE MILTON UPDATE 10/11/2024:

We continue to see power outages in several segments of the Community. We’d like to remind you that you are welcome to join us in the East Clubhouse at Imperial Palms for phone charging, time with neighbors or just a little AC.

Residents without power are welcome to make use of the shower facilities in Apt 1605 at Imperial Palms, today. It will be open between 12pm and 5pm today.

Internet and Cell Services, even phone services, are still spotty.

Fence Repairs will be completed as soon as materials are received. This is approximately 3 weeks out. Tree removal will begin today through next week.

Pools will hopefully be open by this weekend - they are currently closed as they stabilize the water quality.

Thank you for remaining indoors when restoration crews are in your area. We appreciate it. It helps us keep the area safe for teams to do their work.
